Seacrest Park is the land based access point for protected Scuba diving located on the western shore of Elliott Bay. Most of the diving area is under the authoritiy of the Washington State Department of Natural Resources. Markers that define the area closed to diving are generally maintained by local dive clubs. City of Seattle laws about diving are available on the Seattle Police Department’s Harbor Patrol web site.
Hours: 4:00 am to 11:30 pm
Divers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with local tide tables, as the changing tide can cause currents in the area.
